On the Design of Permanent Rock Support Using Fibre-Reinforced Shotcrete

Fibre-reinforced shotcrete (sprayed concrete) is one of the major components in support system for tunnels hard rock. Several empirical design methodologies have been developed over years due to complexity and many uncertainties involved rock design. Therefore, this paper aims highlight how choice methodology fibre type impacts structural capacity lining emission greenhouse gases (GHG). The starts with a review different methods.
